Foundry VTT Module for D&D5e, v12 & v13

I am releasing my Foundry VTT module: Gold Manager D&D 5e.
This is a fully featured, player-and-GM friendly gold management system designed to remove friction, reduce bookkeeping, and keep games moving.

What This Module Does

Gold Manager replaces the need to constantly open character sheets just to manage currency. Everything is handled through a clean, centralized UI built for long-term D&D5e campaign play.

Core Features

• Add, Remove, or Set gold instantly
• Transfer gold directly between players
• Split gold automatically across the entire party
• Exchange currency types: GP ⇄ PP ⇄ SP ⇄ CP
• Built-in calculator for fast math
• Undo button to revert mistakes safely

Party Targeting System

At the top of the UI, you can choose how gold is applied:

• All — affect the entire party
• Selected — affect currently selected tokens
• Single — choose a specific character from a dropdown

Using Split Amount with All will evenly divide gold across every party member automatically.

Currency Exchange

The Exchange system lets you convert currency cleanly and safely.

• Convert GP → PP, SP, or CP
• Convert PP → GP, and other currency types
• Any remainder that does not convert cleanly is returned in the next lowest denomination automatically

No currency is created or destroyed — this simply redistributes value correctly.

Built-in Calculator

Click the calculator icon to open a full keypad.

Perfect for:

• Splitting loot
• Calculating service costs
• Running quick conversions without leaving the UI

Ledger System - GM Tool

Every transaction is logged automatically.

• Time-stamped transaction history
• Player names included
• Color-coded per player, supporting up to 10 players
• Tracks adds, removes, transfers, exchanges, and undo actions

This makes it easier to audit gold usage, resolve disputes, and review purchases after sessions.

Player vs GM Access

This module supports both sides of the table:

• GM View: Full control, ledger access, targeting, permissions, and transaction oversight
• Player View: Streamlined UI focused on their own gold, transfers, and party interaction

Player permissions are configurable under the hood so the GM stays in control.

⚙️ Installation

1. Open Foundry VTT
2. Go to Add-on Modules → Install Module
3. Search for Gold Manager D&D 5e or paste the Manifest URL from the package page
4. Install and enable the module in your world
