Vagabond - React

A lightweight Foundry VTT system for the pulp fantasy RPG, Vagabond!

This unofficial adaptation enables GMs and Players to create and manage Heroes, NPCs, and Adversaries. Track gear, spells, alchemy, and character features with a custom rules engine that tracks Hero progression. Run combat with our custom combat tracker tailored for Vagabond, and browse compendiums of content.

Hero record overview

• Clickable Saves and Skill checks with customizable rolls via an interactive tool tip.
• Hero record's "app menu" grants access to Hero sheet preferences, light/dark theme, Active Effects, and an overview of their Grants and Modifiers.
• Drag & drop weapons and custom rolls onto the hotbar for quick-access to your presets.
• Import Hero records directly from Vagabond Tagalong using our Hero record "app menu".

Inventory management

• Equip gear, stack items, split stacks, and re-arrage inventory.
• Functional containers let players organize their gear via drag-n-drop.
• Drag weapons onto the hotbar for quick access to the Attack action.
• GMs: craft relics with a simple point-&-click Relic effects menu.
• Configure Foundry Active Effects to transfer to Hero on posession or on-equip.

Spellcasting menu

• Built for speed - calculates mana based on active targets, area of effect, damage dice, and spell effect application.
• Class Features and Items grant Spells and Spell slots, managed from the Magic & Spellcasting tab.

Features & Perks

• Custom rules engine allows for toggleable Class Features and Perks and allows players to easily select their abilities and see what Perks they're qualified for with toggleable filters.

Totally transparent and customizable rolls

• Players get a preview of exactly what their actions include and can adjust if the situation arises.
• Drag & drop custom roll presets onto Foundry's hotbar for quick access.

Alchemy management

• Craft or use Alchemical items directly from the Hero Record's Alchemy tab.
• Automatically spends Materials to craft items.

Combat tracker

• Use traditional Shift & Ctrl + Click token multiselect with our custom status effects context menu to easily toggle effects on and off of multiple combatants.
• Popcorn initiative tracker keeps it clear who has the spotlight and who still has turns remaining.
• GM tools enable the GM to make on-the-fly adjustments to HP.
• Interactive combat chat cards let players adjust attacks and react to adversaries'.
• Combat engine handles application of damage with armor and other mitigation effects (including immunities), and applies statuses.

Lets players see automated roll results in some cases where they're aren't sent to chat.

Item Piles
Pre-configured for configuring shops, storage, trading items, or even dropping them on the canvas.
