Fragged Empire 2E

This package implements the core Fragged Empire 2nd Edition rules for Foundry virtual tabletop.  Please refer to the project wiki for more information on how to use the system, automations that are implemented or still to come, and information on how to submit bugs & feature requests.  Good luck, it's a weird universe out there and you'll need all the help you can get!
