Attach anything(even other tokens and their attached elements aswell) to tokens, so that they move when the token moves and rotate/move when the token rotates. Resizing the base token will also resize all attached elements.
Baileywiki created a great showcase and tutorial video for the 4.0 release. I recommend it if you're updating from 3.x to 4.0 or if you haven't yet used Token Attacher at all: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2i0TX0BS8Vg
For more information see the github readme at: https://github.com/KayelGee/token-attacher/blob/master/README.md

I recall using this module a while back, and it was a handy little tool back then.
The latest updates really change the game though, and it’s quickly become one of my favourites.
Well done KayelGee
Baileywiki has really helped show the true power of this amazing module. Beyond that, I love having my party’s stage coach ready to drop into any scene, walls, lights, sounds and Levels included!
The ability to create prefabs for simple encounter maps and re-use that work on the fly to make ‘new’ maps is truly incredible. This is a very powerful tool the GM toolkit.
