Sanctum Merchant

Automate merchant stocking with intelligent item selection and seamless Item Piles integration

Transform tedious merchant inventory management into an efficient, automated process that enhances your Foundry VTT experience.

Sanctum Merchant adds a "Stock Merchant" button directly to the Actors tab on the foundry toolbar, and Item Piles merchant windows, allowing you to instantly populate inventories with filtered items from compendiums or custom JSON collections.

Key Features

  • One-Click Stocking: Button integrates seamlessly into Item Piles merchant interfaces and the actors tab of the foundry interface
  • Smart Filtering: Filter by item type (weapons, equipment, etc.) and rarity levels
  • Flexible Sources: Stock from Foundry compendiums or import custom JSON item collections
  • Rarity Presets: Quick configurations for different merchant types (starter gear, legendary vault, exotic bazaar)
  • Configurable Quantities: Use dice formulas to determine how many items to stock

How It Works

  1. Open any Item Piles merchant window, or click the "Stock Merchant" button on the actors tab of the foundry interface
  2. Click the "Stock Merchant" button in the header
  3. Configure item sources, types, and rarity preferences
  4. Items are automatically added to the merchant inventory

The module includes an advanced audit system that organizes items by detected rarity tags, allowing fine-grained control over merchant inventories.
