FoundryVTT Module - Ruling
Rulings Not Rules!
Most of the time in old-style gaming, you don’t use a rule; you make a ruling. It’s easy to understand that sentence, but it takes a flash of insight to really “get it.” The players can describe any action, without needing to look at a character sheet to see if they “can” do it. The referee, in turn, uses common sense to decide what happens or rolls a die if he thinks there’s some random element involved, and then the game moves on.
This text is taken from the "A Quick Primer for Old School Gaming" document by Mattew J. Finch. The Ruling module will help the GM to request the correct players to roll dice.
The module allows the DM to select any number of tokens and then click on the die icon that will appear on the left side of the Foundry. A window appear in DM view to this choose the target number and the die to roll. When clicking on the "OK" button, a window appears for the selected players, asking them to roll a dice. When clicking on the button a message with the result will appear indicating success or failure. Like the example below.

O modulo permite que o Mestre selecione uma quantidade qualquer de tokens e depois clicar no icone de dado que aparecerá do lado esquerdo do Foundry. Vai aparecer uma janela para que o mestre escolha o numero alvo e o dado. Ao clicar no botao OK aparece pro jogador que foi selecionado uma janela solicitando que este role um dado. Ao clicar no botão uma mensagem com o resultado aparecerá indicando sucesso ou falha. Como no exemplo Abaixo

1. Inside Foundry, select the Game Modules tab in the Configuration and Setup menu.

3. Click Install and wait for installation to complete.
