Adds configurable presets to the navigation bar, allowing for a bit more organization for GMs
Features:
- Create, edit, and delete navigation presets, which hide/show scene navigation buttons
- Presets retain information about the scenes that are in them (such as active scenes and players in those presets)
- Presets available for Players as well as GMs
