Mortal Needs is a survival-focused module for Foundry VTT that lets GMs track hunger, thirst, exhaustion, temperature, and other mortal necessities through a clean and compact floating interface.
It displays a draggable, collapsible panel showing each character’s needs in real time, synchronized across all connected clients.
GMs can adjust values individually or in bulk, use quick-access controls, or apply automatic penalties when thresholds are reached - creating meaningful tension during travel and dangerous environments.
The module supports 13 different need types (including custom ones), integrates modifiers, and includes localization in English and Brazilian Portuguese.
Mortal Needs is free and fully compatible with Foundry VTT v11, v12, and v13.
