Playlist Drag and Drop

🎉🎉🎉I am happy to announce that this is now built in functionality and this mod is no longer needed! 🎉🎉🎉

Allows dragging playlist soundtracks from the sidebar and dropping them onto the map as ambient sounds.

Default sound volume, radius, eaasing, and repeat settings can be configured via the configure settings menu.

If desired the CTRL, ALT, or CTRL + ALT keys can be require to enable to dragging of sound tracks onto the scene. This was requested to promote higher compatibility with other modules that impact the playlist functionality.
