A micro module that disables ruler snapping when shift is held.
Known issues:
- Measured distances are incorrect when mixing snapped and unsnapped waypoints when not holding shift. Cause unknown & under investigation.
- Grid highlights are weird if you go along grid edges. You should've expected this. This won't be fixed.
(For anyone trying this early, the package info was misconfigured, it's fixed now.)
