Star Trek Adventures: Stardate display

This module enables the display of the current game world date as a TNG-era stardate at the top of the chat log tab. When clicking on the date display, it gets copied into the clipboard.

To set the game world date and time you can use modules like Simple Calendar or SmallTime, or use Foundry's GameTime API in custom macros.

Future plan, assuming the module won't get obsoleted by updates to the STA game system, is to add TOS-era (films) stardate display.
