Simone GM Panel Core

Simone GM Panel Core adds a compact panel designed specifically for Game Masters.

The module provides the main GM Panel interface, remembers its position and collapsed state, and manages the shared feature registry used by separate GM Panel extensions.

Core is intentionally lightweight. It provides the common interface and infrastructure, while additional gameplay tools are supplied by optional modules such as Simone GM Panel Luck.

This module requires Simone Homebrew Utils.
