Many people have found the so-called Dungeon of the Damned. A few people even survived to tell of their experiences. What puzzles most who hear stories about the place is that the entrance is never in the same place. One group found the entrance in the Desolation. Another on the continent of Eremea! Surely, these must be different places. Yet, the descriptions of the upper levels sound the same. Is there one dungeon or many?
Dungeon of the Damned introduces a new extended campaign for Shadow of the Demon Lord, one that offers a deadly dungeon eleven levels deep, filled with horrors, tricks, traps, and almost certain death for those who dare explore it. This installment of the series covers the entrance, background, and details on the first level. You can use this adventure on its own or as part of a larger campaign in which the characters descend into the depths to find out just what, exactly, rattles the cage at the bottom.
