Mispeled's Greater Comprehend Languages

Mispeled's Greater Comprehend Languages adds a /gcl chat command that allows characters to speak in specific languages. Messages appear as believable fantasy gibberish to non-speakers, while characters who know the language receive the true message privately.

Also includes a /bcl chat command that toggles a Comprehend Languages buff for the purpose of allowing a character to understand any languages.

Currently only supports the pf1e system with unique algorithms for the Elven and Dwarven language.
