The maximum Anguish for a character is 20 × their Sanity score (or 20 × their Wisdom score if they have no Sanity).

• Anguish Arc: A visual gauge of an actor’s current anguish.

• Anguish Bar: An editable bar on the character sheet

• Hold M: to reveal the Anguish Arc for all tokens you own.
