Illandril's Token HUD scaler

Improves the visibility of the Token HUD and Status Effect icons. More specifically, this module allows...

• Adjusts the scale of the Status Effect icons on tokens so a selectable number of icons fit on each row of icons for the token (the number of icons per row can be configured in settings, defaulting to 3)
• Increases the scale of the Token HUD buttons by approximately 2x (can be disabled in settings)
• Increases the scale of the status effect icon in the Assign Status Effects selector so the icons are the same size as the Token HUD Buttons (can be disabled in settings)
• Increases the opacity of the background behind both the Token HUD and Status Effect icons (can be disabled in settings)
