This module allows you to upload a PDF and extract table information with the ability to map table results to Foundry System data. It uses a simple Region Painting UI to select text streams within a PDF and offers automatic table building + Regex for refinement of more complicated data to build data structures and map them to Rules system attributes. This makes large data import jobs much faster, allowing you to import hundreds of items in a fraction of the time it would take to manually input them.
This module is system Agnostic and has been tested with several Systems/rulebooks in its development: Worlds Without Number, Dolmenwood, AD&D 2e (ARS foundry system), Mongoose Traveller 2e (twodsix Foundry system).
The primary constraint is simply that the PDF in question must have text streams (Selectable/Copy-able text) rather then be scan/image based.
Additionally this package includes a compendium with a written guide explaining its basic use.
