Backstory Cards: Expansion #3 is a 40-card expansion for creating setting elements to use with Backstory Cards for Foundry VTT.

Need inspiration for a setting elements and motivations? Expand the connections between your character and the world with setting element prompts. The Setting Elements expansion gives an array of ideas and probing questions on every card to fill out your setting grid with rich characters, groups, places, and events as well as motivations.

For a more enhanced experience with your Backstory Cards sessions, we highly recommend downloading the free Backstory Cards Techniques Guide which contains tips on how to workshop answers to prompts and flesh out your setting elements and elaborates further on the basic instructions included with this purchase.

About Backstory Cards

Backstory Cards help you and your friends create vibrant backstories for roleplaying games, no matter the system or genre.

Backstory Cards blend your characters and setting concept into an intriguing set of relationships and history. About the Module

This module can be used with any game system for Foundry Virtual Tabletop, which requires a Foundry VTT license.

The module includes:

• Interactive Journal Entries for setting element cards as well as Setting Element Card Anatomy, Setting Elements Tips, Motivations Tips, and Instructions.
• Rollable Tables for each setting element type from which you can draw setting element cards.
• A Macro for drawing setting element cards from the Rollable Tables.
