A high-performance automation utility for Foundry VTT (v12/v13+) and D&D 5e (v3.2 - v4.x).
This module allows players to bind secondary activities (like all kinds of smite, or custom maneuvers) to specific attack triggers. When an attack meets your custom criteria, the mod prompts you with a clean, consolidated checklist to execute your follow-up actions instantly.
If an attack triggers multiple items, they are combined into a single, elegant checklist. You can selectively trigger only the actions you want for that specific moment, keeping the combat flow smooth and avoiding pop-up fatigue.
Fine-tune exactly when your items should trigger:
19-20 for critical-only effects, or 2-6 for fumble-recovery maneuvers).The mod blends perfectly with modern Foundry UI:
Data/modules/auto-trigger-mod.To install this package, open your Foundry Setup screen and navigate to your Module tab and click the Install Module button.
From there, you can either search for the package unique name: auto-trigger-mod or copy its manifest URL:
And paste it to the input box at the bottom of your window.

You can install this package directly to your Forge account.
