A simple module that makes it so that the most recent chat messages are always visible even if you are on another tab or if chat is collapsed.

About The Module
Always Chat allows you to have to option to have the chat always available to you, it doesn't matter if your on a different tab or even if the sidebar is collapsed you will always be able to see the chat.
