Burble

A cute little comic-book inspired chat restyle for Foundry VTT!

Burble's main goal is just make chat a bit more characterful and aesthetically pleasing. However, it also has the secondary goal of making chat easier to process at a glance, by de-emphasising the frames around messages and making conversational messages more distinct from system messages like rolls. I suggest you use it with a message portrait module like Chat Portrait for best results!

Customisation: You can choose from several comic-lettering-style fonts for speech bubble and narration box messages, or keep your default chat font (in case you just want the speech bubble effect and subtle message cointainers). You can also switch all styles on/off from config without needing to deactivate.

System Compatibility: General implementation is system agnostic, but in practice you may find some issues. Explicit compatibility currently included for D&D4e (v0.7 or higher) and Blades in the Dark because those are the ones I play. Feel free to request others if you want them—I'll do what I can!

Module Compatibility: Compatibility tweaks are included for Fox's 4e Aesthetics, Goblins in the Code, Chat Portrait, Simply Portraits, Item Piles, Narrator Tools, DragonFlagon Chat Enhancements, Active Effects to Chat. Feel free to request others if you want them—I'll do what I can!
