Add dramatic flair to your D&D 5e combat with tier-based critical hit and fumble tables that trigger automatically on a natural 20 or natural 1.

Tier system: tables scale with character level across four tiers (1–4, 5–8, 9–12, 13–20). Higher tiers have more dramatic results; the chance of "Nothing Special" drops from 60% at tier 1 to 25% at tier 4.

Attack types: separate tables for Melee, Ranged and Spell attacks (24 tables total). Spell fumbles can trigger a Wild Magic Surge.

Effects: results can apply conditions, bonus damage, advantage/disadvantage, penalties or saves, e.g. knocking the target prone, stunning, sundering armor, dropping or damaging your weapon, or hitting yourself. Effects can be applied automatically or posted to chat.

Requirements: Foundry VTT v14+, D&D 5e system 6.0+. It hooks directly into dnd5e's own attack rolls, so no Midi-QOL or other automation module is needed (it works alongside them if installed). Optional integrations: DFreds Convenient Effects, Monk's TokenBar, Item Piles.

Settings: toggle crits and fumbles separately, auto-apply effects, scale by actor level or use a fixed tier, chat messages, crit/fumble sounds, and the Wild Magic table.
