Small Legend of the 5 Rings Tools

This is a small series of tools for the Legend of the 5 Rings GM that will hopefully continue to grow and assist other GMs in the future. 

Currently available is a Drag Ruler integration for L5R rangebands and an opportunity tracker to determine basic opportunities after rolling.

TO DO:

• Implement terrain features
• Add more opportunities from specific techniques, differentiate between types of opportunities.
• Diagonal movement and enemy flanking.
