A simple module that adds a visual indicator in the form of a banner when ever the turn changes.

Banner automatically changes color with Player color
Hidden Creatures do not show up on the "Next Up" section and are silhoutted black - unless you are the Gamemaster, that is.
Text is slightly altered when it's that players turn.
