If you did, you had to travel through long, meaty corridors of flesh, bones, eyes, liquids, and teeth of the Modular Flesh map pack.

After all of that, fighting unimaginable creatures, you find an open space. It's filled with rats to the brim, going in and out of holes in the skin and flesh of the walls and floors.
And on top of a pile of tissue in the middle of the room, waiting for you, is the Flesh Rat King. Or kings? Are they two? Or is it just one melted together? Anyway, prepare to fight.
