Right click any token (or an actors prototype token) and bring up the token config.
On the next tab: Appearance
And you should have your swarm ready for action:
Note: The large stationary critter in the middle is only visible for the DM; it is your handle to drag around the swarm. If you would like to make this "control token" less obtrusive, you can lower the opacity in the token config.
To install this package, open your Foundry Setup screen and navigate to your Module tab and click the Install Module button.
From there, you can either search for the package unique name: swarm or copy its manifest URL:
And paste it to the input box at the bottom of your window.
You can install this package directly to your Forge account.
