Adds a fear points counter that modifies spirit dice rolls.
Settings include:
- Errata 2023: the spirit modifier is -1 for each point of fear beyond the second, instead of -1 for each point
- Player visibility of the fear points counter window
- Show window at startup
- Characters only
- Per scene fear points counter
- Vignette effect on scenes as fear points increase
