An implementation of psionic powers in dnd5e via v11 module subtypes. Features include:
- New Item type: Power
- Inline display of powers in character Spellcasting tab
- Full, half, and third manifester progressions for classes
note: Does not include compendium packs of powers; just implements the system handling of powers.
