This is module contains some QOL improvements that I and my players have found interesting and/or useful for the Cypher System made by mrkwnzl. Those things could probably be implemented directly inside the system in the future. Nothing more, nothing less. If you need to speak about this module or about the Cypher System you can join mrkwnzl's Cypher FVTT Dev Discord. We will be happy to help!
Either use the Foundry Install-Module dialogue and look for "Nice(TSY) Cypher System Add-ons" or copy the following Manifest URL into it (it can be found on the Setup menu of the Foundry VTT application):
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/NiceTSY/nice-cypher-add-ons/master/module.json
Made with [contrib.rocks](https://contrib.rocks).
All are optional and can be deactivated in the settings.
It makes now possible to drag a journal entry with specified tags on the character sheet, linking the journal to the corresponding Descriptor / Focus / Type (works with the additional sentence as well). This will also automatically add any tagged Abilities / Skills / Items from the journal on the actor. To understand how it works please read the Creation Tool Documentation.
This will create a new token HUD component that will send the GMi for the player's token.
Those two options permit to automatically roll/obfuscate the level of a numenera object (Cypher and Artifact) when dropped on a character sheet.
This will show a new icon on your character sheet, making possible to trade items between player (need to have at least the OBSERVER permission).
This module also includes the following macro:
1. Get-Random Item(s) from Compendium: Return as a whisper to the GM, X random item(s) from a selected compendium.
To install this package, open your Foundry Setup screen and navigate to your Module tab and click the Install Module button.
From there, you can either search for the package unique name: nice-cypher-add-ons or copy its manifest URL:
And paste it to the input box at the bottom of your window.
You can install this package directly to your Forge account.
