If your players behave good and need little to no railroading and your assistance, reward them not with their own house, but with a complex where every member has not only a room, but an entire house. But, that's not all... Who am I kidding, just toss them in this courtyard complex and make them solve a mystery, riddle, or just hack and slash through the enemies.

Rooftop chase, Chinese New Year or furnish the empty variant with your beloved assets. And central courtyard is a really neat place to stage a boss fight.
