Description
While the mechanical aspects of the City of SEED are ran by the city organism itself, the society is governed by the Hive Select. Every few cycles, 30-40 members are democratically selected to be representatives of the population. They join together in a temporary hive mind to run the arcology for their term. Members come from all walks of live, and include those outside the Arborsect. 9 members are chosen to be the speakers for the select, and are available in the audience chamber for societal issues and diplomacy
