Languages-RP


A Foundry VTT module that allows you to add languages to characters and encrypt/decrypt texts based on language proficiency.

Features


- Add custom languages for your roleplaying games
- Language proficiency levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced, native)
- Automatic text encryption based on language
- Decryption based on character's proficiency level
- Support for custom fonts for exotic languages

 

Usage


1. Activate the module in your world
2. Configure available languages in the module settings
3. Add languages to your characters via actor's context
4. In the text editor, click on the language button, select the desired language and write your text
5. The text will appear encrypted in the editor
6. To modify the encrypted text, select it and click on the same language button again



Special characters and punctuation are currently removed from encrypted texts. Support for them will be added in the next update.
