Uncover the forgotten history of the Battle of the Bog and it's tragic past as the story of the final days of Grohm unfold in this 5e adventure.
Before the rise of the Free Cities of Ravosa, the Town of Aspen was known as Grohm, a military stronghold of Civule, and port of the largest and most prosperous empire in Western Celia. Nearly a Century ago, the Battle of the Bog occurred when the Free Volunteers rebelled against the empire, and resulted in the stronghold being burned to the ground. All was lost of the old inhabitants and a nearby home to the town's Minotaur population was completely forgotten. Years and decades past by before the old labyrinth was uncovered. Will your characters discover the history of the final days and lay to rest the spirits that haunt the region?
This adventure is designed for three to seven 5th-6th-level characters and is optimized for five characters with an average party level (APL) of 5. The adventure starts when a rumor is passed on to the party of a nearby ancient shrine found in Sundevil Valley near the Town of Aspen.
