Into the Odd

This is a rather minimalist implementation of the rather minimalist Into the Odd by Chris McDowall.

- This sheet is used for all items, including weapons, armour and arcana. This choice was made to allow for items which can both provide armour and deal damage.
Two macros for using group initiative in combat, like the book prescribes
- One to give the players the first move
- One to give the NPCs the first move
Some font and color styling to emulate the look and feel of the book across the app
