Buried deep in the bowels of the earth, deep within the memory of men, lies an army in wait. Half aslept through its eternal vigil. An army made of bones and gold, of ivory and corrugated iron. The army of the Tyrant-King, Ispahar the conqueror. Over the ages, many wayward adventurers found their way down these crypts, lured by the promise of gold, artefacts, and renown. Many new recruits for the undead armies, growing, and forever increasing their number in the silence of these darkened arcades. Traps, illusions and lies won't be the worst of your nightmares in these hallways. For there is some things that best remain forgotten... in the Catacombs of Maal.
