Duelyst Sprites

Duelyst is a digital collectible card game developed by Counterplay Games and initially released in 2016.  Following its shutdown in 2020, the full source code and assets used for the game were released under the Creative Commons Zero v1.0 Universal license.

This module includes modified versions of these assets -- they have been scaled up in size for better display at larger resolutions, and animations have been converted to webm to use in Foundry's canvas.

Features:

• Nearly 700 different units with assorted animations -- generally idle, attack, run, cast, defeated
• Separate portrait and full-body images for those units that have them available
• JSON configurations for use with Sprite Animations
• An Actor Creator to quickly create an actor for a given game system, already set up with animations for Sprite Animations and art for Theatre Inserts
• Just over 200 spell and ability effect animations, integrated with Sequencer's database of effects
• 670 sound effects

Licensing

Duelyst and its assets are licensed under the Creative Commons Zero v1.0 Universal license

The images, videos, and sounds in this module that are modified versions of Duelyst assets are likewise released under the Creative Commons Zero v1.0 Universal license.
