Death Effect Reminder

When Oh You Dead reports an NPC death, Death Effect Reminder scans the creature's stat block for death-triggered rules - explosions, revival saves, hazards, and similar text buried in actions, features, or traits - and contributes matched reminder actions to Oh You Dead's single compiled alert. It does not post a separate reminder card.

The core works without a system adapter. Optional free adapters add sharper field scanning and native button dispatch for dnd5e, Pirate Borg, and Pathfinder 2e.
