The Golden Palm has embedded its ritual within the Temple of Greed, a forgotten temple in the Southern Valleys that Varo has reshaped into a mansion-like trade house and private treasury. From the outside, the site presents itself as wealthy, guarded, and legitimate. Within, every chamber is arranged around collection, sorting, display, and the movement of stolen wealth toward the final hoard.

Tall they were, taller than any man, their surfaces scarred by wind and rain and the slow cruelty of time. Winter Village [39x60] | 14 Variants

   
The settlement of Hailreach sits alone beneath a pale northern sky. Six timber houses line a narrow road that bends uphill toward a ridge of packed snow and stone. Smoke rises thinly from chimneys. The wind carries little more than frost and the distant cry of tundra birds. The wind changes fast and abruptly. Snow begins to lift from the ground in sheets rather than gusts. A low vibration rolls across the tundra, subtle at first, then steady enough to rattle shutters and loosen roof thatch. Those who step outside see the horizon blur, not from snowfall, but from something moving within it.

Velvet Mansion [45x90] | 14 Variants

   

The manor is divided between opulence above and secrecy below. The upper floor is richly adorned, with grand halls, private chambers, and lounges draped in purple silks and soft candlelight. Tables are set with fine drink, music instruments lie abandoned, and every space suggests comfort, pleasure, and excess.

Hidden entrances lead downward into a concealed dungeon beneath the estate. Here, the architecture shifts to carved stone and enclosed chambers, yet the decadence remains in altered form. Cushions, draped fabrics, and ritual objects fill the space, arranged around a central chamber where a towering statue of a desire deity stands in silent command. The air below is thick and still, as if the walls themselves remember every vow whispered in the dark.

Wrath's Lair [32x90] | 16 Variants

   
The Wrathbound have claimed and reshaped a subterranean ritual complex formed from natural caverns and forced stonework. The site was chosen for its isolation, its history of bloodshed, and its ability to channel movement inward. Paths narrow, ceilings lower, and routes funnel intruders toward the central ritual chamber. Retreat is possible, but never comfortable.

The cult did not build this place from nothing. They expanded, scarred, and repurposed it. Old tunnels were widened with brute force. Walls were cracked open to expose raw stone. Chains, iron fixtures, and brand marks have been driven directly into the structure. The site reflects the Wrathbound’s belief that pressure creates clarity.

TThe bell above the door gave a dull chime as we stepped inside, though no hand had touched it in some time. The air was warm, thick with the scent of iron, ash, and something older still. Runes glimmered faintly along the walls and shelves, etched into blades, rings, and curious trinkets that hummed with quiet purpose. Even the dust seemed reluctant to settle here.

The first door closed behind us with the slow certainty of stone remembering its place. Ahead stretched corridors that twisted not like the burrows of beasts, but with deliberate design, every turn measured, every chamber placed with purpose. The walls were carved in ancient script, their runes glowing faintly beneath centuries of dust, and shelves of forgotten tomes stood in alcoves where no sunlight had ever reached. The more we walked, the more we remembered, and the more we remembered, the more we yearned to forget...we should not know these things....nobody should...
