A Foundry VTT module for the Pathfinder Second Edition system that automates the Inventor feat's Invent Formula workflow.
What it does
Characters with the Inventor feat and Expert Crafting gain an Invent Formula button on their Crafting tab. Clicking it opens a searchable browser of every craftable item in your compendium — filtered automatically to what the character can legally learn.- Rolls the Crafting check against the correct DC and deducts the formula price on success
- Adds the formula directly to the character's known formula list
- Respects Alchemical Crafting and Magical Crafting feat requirements — items requiring those feats are hidden until the character has them
- Handles the Basic Crafter's Book benefit — level-0 common formulas can be added for free if the character has the Basic Crafter's Book.
- Filters out Unique items
- Deduplicates legacy vs. remaster items — Always attempts to show the remastered version
