PF2e/SF2e Extra Feat Slots

This module aims to add extra feat slots for assorted variant rules and subsystems including:

• Ancestry Paragon
• Skill Paragon
• Magaambya Branch Benefits

On top of that, the module contains two macros for the following functions:

• remove the old version of the feat slots that were replaced in version 0.1.0
• create custom Skill Paragon feats based on currently enabled systems/modules. Currently supported feat sources are:
  • PF2e (system)
  • SF2e (system)
  • SF2e Anachronism (PF2e module)

I plan to add support for PF2e anachronism once it comes out for the SF2e system, and am looking into adding Feats+ support.

Additionally, it includes compendiums of feats for PF2e and SF2e that will grant all the relevant skill feats for Skill Paragon at the appropriate levels and prerequisite unlocks. As of version 0.2.0, the feat compendiums should be ignored and the new macro for generating custom Skill Paragon feats should be used instead.
