Primewater Mansion

Welcome to the lavish estate of a wealthy coastal shipping magnate. This sprawling seaside mansion offers a perfect setting for intrigue, diplomacy, or deception. Perched atop a bluff overlooking the harbor, the estate includes richly furnished rooms, a private dock, and a lush courtyard vineyard— ideal for both noble gatherings and secret dealings.

Whether your adventurers are attending a high-society banquet, investigating suspicious activity, or planning a daring infiltration, this map provides tons of possibilities across multiple floors. The interior includes a grand dining hall, study, bedrooms, and servant quarters, while the exterior features a gated entrance, stables, small vineyard, an overlook to the harbor, and access to the private dock below.

Map Features

• Interior and exterior layouts with high detail (Exterior, 1st floor, 2nd floor, roof)
• Six Color Moods: Dark Fairytale, Gloom, Ghostly, Night, Sunny Day, Warm
• Weather Effects such as Rain, Fog, & Sun Rays
• A No-Lights Version
• All variants, weather, and color moods are controlled by a custom UI, which allows you to toggle the color mood/weather you want for each level. 

As of version 0.93.0 this map now includes a full dungeon under the house called "The Smuggler Tunnels". 

This dungeon features:

• Entrance to the wine cellar from the manor above
• Two different secret entrances to the smuggler's tunnels
• Many rooms to explore within this tunnel network, including the "Stolen Bottle" bar
