We continue our travels into an arid area to the canyon of a once-large river. Now, the entire area is swallowed by the desert, and the remainder of the river is but a small stream, still enough for local tribes to survive. The adventurers take the path down the dried bed and are ambushed deep into the desert territory.

Attackers are strategically scattered, hiding behind rocks and raining arrows from above. What would you do?
