Campaigns are long, often arduous, likely gritty and difficult, especially if your players are invested in their characters and your story. Their characters are creatures, too, and every creature deserves a break. What is better than a small lakeside beach with a fisherman's hut and an old wooden pier? A peaceful and quiet lake bay?

A fisherman's spirit haunts the place, a dangerous beast lurks in shallow water, and a nearby barbaric tribe aims at the party from high ground... Maybe some corrupted deity watches over this place? Pearls emitting a destructive aura?

The truth is, there is no rest for an adventurer!
