City college of Raccoon

A bigger than usual map pack, to use as an immense playground for a grand final.

Raccoon University boasts a pier on its campus with a great view of it from the back square, offering a scenic waterfront area. Next to the back square is another location for unloading various cargo. The facility includes numerous offices for staff use, as well as an art safe room showcasing a diverse collection of masterworks.
