Background Image Customization

A small package to allow for changing the background image on the default 5e v2 character sheet.

Functionality:

1. Players can change the background image of character sheets that they own.
2. Players can also clear the background image back to the default by right clicking on their actor in the Actor Directory.
3. The GM can allow or disallow players to change their background in the settings.
4. The GM can set a custom default image for the character sheets in the settings.
