SWADE - Fear Points

Adds a fear points counter that modifies spirit dice rolls.

Settings include:

Errata 2023: the spirit modifier is -1 for each point of fear beyond the second, instead of -1 for each point
Player visibility of the fear points counter window
Show window at startup
Characters only
Per scene fear points counter
Vignette effect on scenes as fear points increase
