Spellcaster utility for PF1

Spellcaster utility provides a few convenient interfaces on top of the PF1 system.

• Prepare spells: quickly select the spells for the day
• Cast a spell: displays prepared (and remaining) spells

Recent changes:

• 3.0.0 : support for 12.x versions
• 2.0.0 : support for 10.x versions
• 1.0.0 : support for 9.x versions
• 0.4.0 : resizable windows and 2 fixes
• 0.3.0 : support for 0.8.x versions (not supported any more!)
• 0.2.0 : UI behaviour similar to character sheet (click on name : toggle description visibility)
